"Told agent to cancel my home and auto insurance on 06/22/26 so that they would not take any money out of my account. They took money out any way. Having a hard time getting it put back in my account. Money refunded today 06/29/26. Still missed going out of town last weekend and overdraft fee. I did talked to someone at state farm about canceling my policy. Waiting for my call log from Verizon and will post them to show you that I did."

"I had such a good experience with this office. I am a new customer that came over from Randy Samson in Clio and I have been very impressed so far. I spoke to the office manager today when she called me directly to set up a time to go over my policies. She then got me in touch with someone to quote my husband’s business and they called back same day. In addition to this, I called to make a small change on my policy and the lady that helped me then was super helpful and kind as well. Great customer service all around!"
