"I was a customer for 10 years. I asked to not participate in the Bluetooth discount and the receptionist said “so are you going to delete your facebook and instagram, too?” And I was horrified and asked her what she said to me and she repeated it. I have emailed and tried getting into contact with Bob. He’s always in a meeting lately."

"Wow what a difference, people actually answer the phone. I received a call from my daughter telling me how much money The Bob Love State Farm office saved her so I gave Bob a call that he answered and I’m now a customer. Bob saved me 2 car payments a year on my Subaru Outback Limited so I’m thrilled to offer this feedback for others to join his team. I was with a Progressive Insurance agent they never answered there phones & when you left a message they would answer you with a txt message so I figured it was time for a change."

"BUYER BEWARE! Read the fine print before paying, because the home office takes two months to make refunds if your policy isn’t as expected. AND new policies don’t take effect for seven days. (For me, that meant the new car I bought stayed on the dealer lot since I couldn't drive it.) When purchasing new policies, I failed to check numbers line by line, trusting that the agent had quoted rates for the equal coverages I requested—“so I can compare apples to apples.” Thus my lower quote also meant lower coverages. Undisclosed to me, his quote also included a discount for the “Drive Safe and Save” monitoring program, which would require me and anyone who might drive my car to log in with their phone before operating the car—NOT acceptable to me and certainly not comparable to my existing insurance. When I became aware of these two problems, I immediately canceled my five paid-in-full policies BEFORE they even went into effect, but the full refund of $3,316 took over nine weeks to process. Maybe some people can cover that much without blinking, but it caused me and my family tremendous financial difficulties, stress, and lost opportunities. I'm not in the habit of rating businesses this low. But this was a HORRIBLE experience."

We immediately submitted your cancelation, unfortunately these are not instantaneous and have to process through the system. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration and wish you the best with your next insurance agent. - Bob"

"Bob was very very helpful, he walked me through auto and homeowners policies. The most “sellable” fact was that his agency will review my policies with me every year. My last agency hasn’t reviewed with me in years. Plus my quote was very agreeable also."
